How It Works
Apply & Onboard
Complete the application. We collect a background check and verify at least two references before activating your profile.
Smart Matching
When members submit requests, our scheduling tech checks your availability, proximity, and preferences. You'll receive introductions that fit.
Coordinate Directly
You and the family finalize schedule, rate, and payment on your own. Maywood does not set rates or process payments.
