Flexible, family-friendly opportunities with nearby households. Maywood provides introductions and smart scheduling tools to match you with local families—we do not employ, supervise, or contract with sitters. You coordinate details and payment directly with families after an introduction.
How It Works
1) Apply & Onboard
Complete the application. We collect a background check and verify at least two references before activating your profile.
2) Smart Matching
When members submit requests, our scheduling tech checks your availability, proximity, and preferences. You’ll receive introductions that fit.
3) Coordinate Directly
You and the family finalize schedule, rate, and payment on your own. Maywood does not set rates or process payments.
Last‑Minute Pings & Member Priority
Families sometimes need coverage on short notice. The network can quickly ping available sitters. Requests are prioritized by membership tier—Family Office, then Elite, then Essential—so you may see faster-moving opportunities during busy periods.

CPR/First Aid certifications are welcomed but not required.

The MSN is:
- A coordination tool that introduces you to local families.
- Smart scheduling with availability and preference matching.
- Free to join; keep 100% of what you charge the family.
The MSN is not:
- An employer, staffing agency, or childcare company.
- Involved in supervision, setting rates, or processing payments.
- A party to your agreements with families.
