Getting Started
Requirements
- Proof of identity and right to work; W-9 (or W-8BEN if applicable).
- Background check authorization (helpers, sitters, and concierge associates).
- Active insurance and COI naming Maywood Holdings LLC (licensed contractors) — or performance bond if specified for low-risk work.
- CT Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) registration for covered trades; trade licenses as applicable.
- Acceptance of Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) or Concierge ICA.
Note: Roles are structured as independent contractors unless otherwise specified; we do not misclassify positions that function as employees. When in doubt, we'll align job design with CT/IRS guidance.
